When something does not work
If sign-in does not open, allow popups for your site and check the exact allowed origin. A public key cannot substitute for a server credential.
If an editor session expires, use Reconnect. If a save conflicts, download a backup and reopen rather than overwriting another session. A disabled feature may be restricted by your administrator.
When reporting is enabled for your account, runtime failures and failed actions send bounded, redacted diagnostics. No page HTML or request bodies are collected. Contact your platform administrator with the affected page and approximate time.
